Daryl Hedding is a chartered management accountant who has spent almost all of his professional career serving the non-profit sector. Starting in Israel, he has worked in three different continents, combining skill and experience into a strategic approach to non-profit growth and development. 

Today, Daryl and his family live just outside Nashville, Tennessee, where he continues to ply his trade for the benefit of those most in need. 

A co-founder of the non-profit, Daryl has served Shai Fund as its Treasurer since 2014, and today takes an active role in the management and development of the organization on a daily basis.
