Daryl Hedding is a chartered management accountant who has spent almost all of his professional career serving the non-profit sector. Starting in Israel, he has worked in three different continents, combining skill and experience into a strategic approach to non-profit growth and development. 

Today, Daryl and his family live just outside Nashville, Tennessee, where he continues to ply his trade for the benefit of those most in need. 

Since the founding of Shai Fund in 2014, Daryl has served on the board as its Treasurer, while also volunteering of his time to help grow and develop the non-profit.
