Project Overview

The Need

Following the outbreak of violence between factions in Sudan 15 April 2023, there has been an alarming increase in sexual assault cases against women and persecution of religious minorities across the country. Churches and Christians are being attacked and killed by Islamist militants.

Due to the chaos and catastrophe, more than half of the population (25.6 million) is dire humanitarian need, facing fame and acute food insecurity. More than 10 million are internally displaced, and now one in eight of all displaced persons counted globally are Sudanese.

The collapse of infrastructure has broken access to food, water, healthcare, cash, fuel and other basic services. The lack of resources and healthy conditions which continue to worsen is causing a serious health crisis, of surging deadly diseases and starvation.

The Solution

Our tireless efforts to help the Sudanese facing catastrophic realities -have already including relocating 300 Sudanese Christians to safety, and vital resource distribution of food and medicine to high-risk areas.
